Therapy is a tool used in helping deal with deep emotional issues and trauma. It is used to treat mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or borderline and personality disorders. If you are having difficulty “functioning” in your daily life, therapy may be the best option. It is proven to be incredibly effective in helping people manage mental health issues.
Life Coaching is a partnership built between a client and a wellness professional. They help a person identify areas to improve, create plans, ask though-provoking questions, and help a person create accountability. They help individuals make progress in their lives through inspiration and questioning. A life coach helps set goals and identify any obstacles keeping someone from achieving their goals. They help a person learn strategies and skills to overcome each obstacle.
Holistic therapy addresses the person as a “whole.” It involves the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the person. It focuses on the person’s wellness and not just their illness or condition. It helps a person to develop an understanding of the mind and body.
Support Groups provides an opportunity for people to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or firsthand information about diseases or treatment.
